Series 7
Series is the standard bearer for Micro Precision, probably the best in its class which is designed for reproduction of all kind of musical materials.
Midbass
The blue cone of the series 7 is derived from the blue wood fiber impregnated into the paper cone. The underside back of the cone, the part that faces the spider is coated with a special stiffening resin which serves to improve the cone's resistance to flexing under heavy cone excursion. It also servers to resist water which is important when installed into doors. The stiffness of the cone is astounding. Flexibility of the suspension and lightness of the cone allow beautiful excursions the membrane. No gimmicks , no commercial cosmetic dress up and no rubber cosmetic to wrap/cover up the entire magnet system to allow the maximum dispersion of heat from the voice coil so as to sustain stability of sound performance. Newton's Third law has been applied in the construction of Series 7 Speakers.
The Tweeter
The tweeter is a small silk dome of 28mm using neodymium magent in a brushed aluminium hull with small balck grid of protection for stability and rigidity over typical plastic housing. No ferro fluid is used to prevent slow response. Much bigger air volume with aluminium casing for maximum heat conduction, coupled with chamber technologhy to reduce resonance. Wide frequency range.
